Deal was:
I send him 10k docs in advance, he would have 2 months to start building the website mechanic to sell the docs and then pay me starting from 10$/doc = 100'000$ upwards, after i sent him the docs and we agreed on this
i waited and everyday he kept saying 'Tomorrow I get them sorted'
'Tomrorrow i will sort them'
'i didn't have time i will sort them by monday'
and this so right after he would check the quality and pay me a part. this one slipped because he didn't have time, so i waited 2 months and i start seeing news impersonator(of me) drops the same amount of docs i sent him and try to ransom the exchange company!!! IT NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE, but only when he had the stuff and was the only one, because i don't resell same product, NEVER.
now after 2 months i write to him about the news and ask explaination he said oh it's not me, don't worry i just need 1/2 more weeks to finish this.
after 2 weeks (today) i write to him asking how is it going and he tells me "
OH, after these news i think i don't want to do this anymore"
He claims he deleted everything which cannot be proved for many different reasons.
Now he shown that he doesn't follow agreements (2 month done), he didn't even start working on the product as he claimed, and i cannot confirm that he deleted the items, probably started selling them privately to some of his contacts.
I think that due to the fact I can't resell the same product and that i already sent him the stuff and he decided not to follow the agreement I want to report this user as ripping since created me 100'000$ worth of stuff into nothing!
