On 18th october Vclub system changed my password and I lost access to my account . I have 40 symbol password + 2FA !!! It took me 4 days to get access to my account and when I logged this is what I have found :

it is clearly visible that on 18 OCTOBER I have only 4 orders before the admin removes 26820usd out of my balance.basically he removed all the money out of my account for preorders / orders that does not exist .
proof for that is their automated system which shows that on 18th october my account has only 4 orders ( which are visible on the previous screenshot ) :

LONG STORY SHORT : All suppliers complain they lost their accounts around the same time . I lost my account and somebody from the shop removed my whole balance . I have send numerous request to support and admin to return my balance. Up to today I am completely ignored ! As soon this problem is resolved i will confirm that my balance has been returned !
