This seller has scammed me. I asked for a bin. He said instock. I paid 150$ and he the cc was dead. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for him to refund me. Keeps telling me wait for update and keeps ignoring my request for refund.

I sent cc as his bin request...then he said "dont need it anymore and want to change another bin". He changed to another 2 bin which is super rare. He got what he need and now he just want money back.
