I topped up the balance ($1100 BTC) but the first transaction didn't come through (pending) so an exchanger sent another one on the same wallet (confirmed) but the system of ronda shop is waiting for confirmations for the first one. I notified RONDACVV in tickets and sent him private messages here but no answer despite him being online all day.
