Buy state cc
Create email with the cc details
Use drop city ip or zip ip
Go to Target.com
Create new account there with cc info
Select item you like to card and check is it available at the near store and it show be “ready for pickup within 2hrs”
Add to cart and checkout
Use the cc info through out name, address and phone number all
Place order and if you get Thank You, you want to receive ready for pickup mail within the 2hrs
Then you login again to add your picker as alternative picker and fast he/she go pick it up
