Yes, if store accepr foreign CVV cards. I have used UK CVV on several US websites

Yes it can but some sites check your IP address and see your card is not from where you purchasing from and they decline the transaction. But using VPN it will work, but 9 times out of 10 it will get flagged for fraud. (no advertising) but i have never had that problem using VIP72.com
