Question about 101 dumps

Hey, guys, i've read some information about real carding and i just want to know if i understood everything right.
So, if i'm making duplicates of 101 US dumps i can use them in every ATM and POS around the world? Or there are some banks who make restrictions for some countries, so i need to look for the specific BINs? Sorry for the stupid question, i'm a noobie.
