Decrypt skimmer data file?

Gas pump skimmer was broken by an idiot when removed. I have the file still which was saved to a microSD card. Problem is I no longer have the laptop with the software to decrypt/view the file. The site where I bought the skimmer has been shut down (mycardreader.com) so I can't get help from support. I don't know if it's even possible to decrypt without the software, but maybe somebody can help.

Is this audio file or what.Which SW use before to extract data?PM me to see how i can help

The website is shut down. I don't have a way to contact their support.

Bruteable after decryption?? Decryption is the part I need. I can view the file as a text file afterwards.

The type of file, well while its still encrypted it has no file extension. Just a generic file. Afterwards it's viewable as a normal text file. Of course I tried to add .txt to view it, but it was all weird symbols and nonsense when I opened it. I do still have the original unmodified file also.
