Cashout a bank protected with SMS verification ?

Hi, I have banks with big amounts, but if I want to do a wire transfer or SEPA, it will ask for phone verification.
The number can't be changed on the bank website sadly.
Any solutions to this, besides SIM swapping (it looks like it takes time and difficult) ?

After the payment call the victim saying that you are the director of the bank and get the code.The best to say is "We received an usually request from you,would you like to decline this transfer?can you provide the unique code that we send to your number?"
All you need is Social Engineering skill but my advise is sim swap for big amounts.

That sounds doable if the person is dumb yeah. Sadly I don't possess any information to SIM SWAP and don't even know spanish lol.
Do you know any banks with low security like no SMS verification (or that can be changed easily ?)
