This method takes time, effort, excellent planning,requires skills but pays savage cash. This is going to take you to a whole new level, or in jail.
Basic overview
we target both individuals and small businesses, we rip them off all nessecary info to create several accounts, merchant accounts to hit with our CC's, drops and accounts in exchanges to convert this money to crypto and send them to our own wallets.
Needless to say we have a solid opsec infrastracture, the slightest mistake can be critical.
In order to lure our mooches we have to be creative. We create listings and advertise "work from home or online" type of jobs for individuals or something that promises pay (different routine for businesses but you get the point). We have our fake websites ready and a routine to keep them fooled and occupied while we do our thing. The moment we talk to our targets we own them, pc's and phones. We setup a an ssh tunnel and a socks5 proxy so when we open the accounts with their details we appear to be them. (Needless to say that we don't connect directly through a vpn to the target machine but create a number of hops to be virtually untraceable, being paranoid is a must). Remember the routine? Once you have them hooked and fooled, at some point you are going to ask for their info in order for them to get paid for their work. And if you have done a good job and paid attention to the details, they are going to give it to you, whatever you ask, selfies ssn's the whole lot.
So we open merchants accounts and set up fake e-shops. We also set up all the other accounts needed to transfer/cash out our profits. We take our time, in order to approve them, let them mature and pass under the radar. In our fake store we start driving traffic by buying some and it's best if we make some valid purchases before we hit them with the stolen cards. Again here we pay attention to the details, bins, locations, timing, charges, ammounts, whatever, anything to delay raising red flags. The rest is obvious. According to your infrastructure and team you can scale how many targets you can do simultaneously.
Don't want to talk numbers here but this is serious cash, we don't talk here about gift cards, iphones sneakers and shit.
Plan your timeline carefully, don't rush but don't take forever. Time your actions accordingly.
This is a serious and complex opsec operation, any mistake can be critical, don't even think to experiment, know & test everything before hand. Get paranoid. (If you think you can cut it with just a vpn, tor and socks to card yourself 10k run a cleaner and then fap to porn and play lol in the same pc, by all means please do)
Be creative, believe it. Social engineering skills are a must
Again be paranoid don't be greedy, if something doesn't seem right then it isn't, don't be afraid to pull the plug.
