Advice for a noob

Hey guys
right i recently bought a tutoring session from a guy on the WSM, and to be fair to the guy it was what i was needing, but he just showed me the very basic cc purchase cashout, problem is i live in quite a rural area so setting up a mail drop will be a bit problematic. It was cc to cash or cc to crypto methods i was really interested in, and when i asked he said that the gift card cashout was a old fish wives tale, and that he tended to purchase his crypto irl and use it for carding expensive items for himself such as trainers etc.
I know people are still doing the gift card cashout as you can still see them trading in them on localbitcoins.
Does anyone have working cc to cash or cc to crypto methods that they can link or that are for sale? I have been told any mothods on the marketplaces are completely dead, so i thought id ask on a carding forum.
Ive still got my month subscriptions for RDP/VPN etc and it'd be nice to start turning over a bit of coin and keep the ball rolling so i dont have to start from scratch again next time i can afford $200 to spend on crypto
