I have tried to comment and post new post on the forum but it showed waiting for approval.



Also, how do I send pm to others ?

JWB023, all posts by newbies are pre-moderated. As long as your profile is Newcomer status, you have no right to write personal messages, it's the rules of the forum and there's nothing you can do about it.

you need to be active on site and provide helpful comments, then you will get active
