Is it possible to buy crypto with a non-VBV and without KYC?

Hi im struggling to find a way to buy crypto without KYC and that will accept a non-VBV, literally every exchange or crypto seller either requires KYC (ID and selfie) or if i find a way to get past that, they wont take a non vbv card, for example moonpay it says theres an error because its not 3d secure enabled
If anyone can help me ill share the method to create non vbv cards using any card
