Bypassing sparkasse TAN

Back in 2019, with some older mobile devices, you could send money without bothering with TAN, does this exploit still work ?
If it does not, are there a way to bypass TAN problem other than getting TANs with call-fraud ? Are there any mobile malware out there that can retrieve TANs from victim's phones ?
