back since evo shut down

well, just looking to get back into it since evo shut down. I know paypal was big back then but don't see anything on here for paypal transfers but see them on some market sites. Is it still a legit money method? I know it isnt just get funds, cash out theres alot more to it now im assuming.
Anyone recommend where to start? First time in a long time
