what are the chances I will get caught?

Hi,
I am kinda new to the business. I think I have a good base of knowledge but have never tried in practice.
What are the chances I will get caught if I order something with cc to my town and meet the courier in somewhere? The cc of course will not be from my country. Whats the safest way to receive the parcel?
