I've been exploring installment loans. Originally, looking at paydays, but after seeing the bens of installments--more money in the loan; longer repay times, of several months, instead of next payday; more options--I was exploring this option.
I discovered that although some allow "instant pay to [prepay] debit card," the main ones--green dot, walmart, netspend, and amex--can only be loaded, once, before you must then have the "real one sent to you." So, most stores, you have to buy and load the card there, or it sets off the "door alarms."

I thought I had the installment loan all set: provided fake front+back dl, along with pay stub and bank statement, only for them to require pickup at their local office!

I was thinking of trying various online "p2p" like prosper, lending tree, etc, but IDK if it'd work, or have many of the same probs of the installment loan, especially if I'd have to go into some place, to "pick it up."
Has anyone run these, with success?
