Anyone know how to cash Comm Bank Aus using ACH

I already taken money out of the bank account using PayPal ACH. Owner of the account had weekly PayPal pay in 4 debits so he couldn’t tell his account is compromised. I still have access to the bank account but now my paypal is locked for 180 days and can’t use again. So is there any other way?
