Off course the websites liying sometimes aswell to trick you and to see If you are real card holder you will continue or you give up
Different security measures ....but the latest 2023 many websites looking the next things:
there is machine learning scripts the AI, always you just visit the website then go back to the website and entry the details and never with cleared history of webroswer (google chrome good one)better to have some history ...what Ever like Disneyland...or some news and Even better you have at least some random account of Facebook or other website logged in when you go to carding the algorymts reading and try to put early redflag so you got be like normal the second thing... If first time declined try one more time usually it happens even with real card holders this is the security measure to check If you try again becouse the real card holder will try it again.
