If security feature is a simple passphrase, then it will be easily fished with the other CC infos.
If the security feature looks more like dynamic 3ds, then the solution will be sim swap.
Imho, If fishers manage to get their hands on such infos, i expect easier transactions and for bigger amounts, tho the amount of resources and time invested will be higher, making only stuff like self payment processors or really high transactions worth the time.
I can't see someone wasting his time to hit only 300$ per card no more with security features like that..

Them writing about ,, third party..." mean all pos provider's if not bank , gateway's, app's... that all of them have to STRONGER THE VERIFICATION OF HOLDER...like finger prints , face recognize and God know what more...
Sure is the all depend of Bank issuer...that why i request if any one see from TODAY any changes by cashout cc or dump simple write here the experience... THANKS

Dumps, what already was going to change changed before this law, even today is some Eu dumps working in Eu so bank breaking law lol.
And every non Eu dump not affected at all by this law so can continue use as normal

more site are impossibile to carding after 14 sept; amz is principal problem after that date! account are closed after 20$ order!
probably is finish the credit card carding (not for debit)
