A man surnamed Chen teamed up with Chinese hackers to attack electronic payments and apps in Taiwanese shopping malls, stole credit card purchases and then sold the stolen goods abroad through group purchases. The Criminal Bureau stated that Chen Nan and others first stole credit card information, and then exploited loopholes in apps and electronic platforms.
