This guide will let you know the balance of a Canadian cvv without using the dob , All you need is to have the card number and the home phone number associated with the billing address , you download on Android the app called spoof caller id its a bleu man logo with black glasses , you download it and when it asks you what number to call you put in the credit card provider phone number for example for CIBC the number is 1800-465-4653 and for the number you want them to see you put in the card holder number and you call its going to ask you to put in the card number you dial it and press # , after that choose the option that would tell you the balance and there you go , it works 100% if you're having any trouble please pm me i will guide you.
