1) Go to https://www.libertymutual.com
2) After zip open INSPECT ELEMENT ang go to network.. It looks like that :

3) after this step :

go here :

and input "licenseNumber" . Click here :

and input ctrl+f and input "licenseNumber" You should see something like that :

That's all.. This manual for people with fulz from Indian guy that 50% has not DL and 45% has DL from another state than u need.. And this method can help you to validate DL from Lookuper

the tutorial isn't to get full dl number in case you didn't understand, the tutorial is to identify if holder has a dl and what state, just that.
