If they kicked out the guest before check out date, That means there was a chargeback, it doesn't matter if the guest used 1 or 2 days out of the actual 3 days. your services still didnt complete and you also need to think about the inconvenience you caused the guest as well.

@mak I have decided to refund the one night his guests didn't use out of the 3 nights. he refused to accept. I will not refund the full 3 nights because his guests didn't pay the host.

You need to refund him for the total duration of his stay. The client was inconvenienced and also put in a very embarrassing situation. The terms of your agreement were 3 days not day by day.
