Claim ammount £328 (but better to ban him till he done more damage)
Situation is i have booked two airbnb's last weekend from him. Guests checked in ok and he was screaming for payent straight after check in, i paid him for both. Both got cancelled and on saturday hosts stormed places, in one asking for full payment or police be called (people paid full ammount) second one they just kicked my guests. Kokoforsure only refunded me for one claiming that tools cost him and my guests got two days of the stay for the apartment. I explained him that i have not received service that i have paid for therefore he has to refund money in full or call the host so he takes my gusts back to the apartment. He is refusing. Clearly he do not cares about rat status (see logs) and that explains a lot about him. Thank you for your time. Logs below:

I booked two apartments for this Rabbit without a brain. the first apartment started 30th April- 3rd May. they check-in successful and he asked me if I can book another starting 1st-4th may I said Okay. I booked the second apartment successfully and I sent it to him. he paid for all. Unfortunately, the second apartment got canceled on 2rd may which is the Sunday after the guests have check-in on 1st of may then I agreed I will refund it because I know Airbnb payout host within 24hours of check-in and he told me they paid the host with cash which he showed the proof. then the first apartment got canceled but without any refund from Airbnb back to the card I used. They just email the first apartment host about the cancellation and Airbnb has paid the host already which I know very well. He asked for a refund for that also I said no. show me proof that guests at the first apartment paid the host like the second apartment guests. because his guests have used 3 days free at the apartment and they were supposed to check out on the 3rd of May. He cannot provide proof and he wants to threaten me. I apologize to him but he doesn't want to listen. I think he's trying to play his game with me. SHOW ME A PROOF the first apartment guests pay the host and I will contact the host as well to confirm it.

I have proofs that i paid YOU for service witch my guests did not received. Easy as that. lets wait for moderator to bring conclusion to this. Do not stress and send insults, that is not helping you.

were your guests kicked out the first day they check-in? they were not kicked out until the last day which is Sunday 2rd may after the check-in on Friday 30th of April.

yes my guest got kicked out on his daughters birthday from the property you said there will be no chargeback or problems. You done nothing when i gave you chance to contact the host and speak with him to let guests back in. Anyways proofs are there, comments are there. Let's wait

I told you Airbnb booking rarely got canceled. before I made the first booking he was pressuring me is my booking 100%. I told him carding is never 100% because I'm not using my own card.
Airbnb canceled the booking, not because of chargeback. It because of suspicious transactions on the account. they have actually paid the first apartment host that is why he didn't hold them or ask them to pay for the 2 days used.
I told you I'm very sorry for this and I apologize but you don't want to listen.
even your booking.com guy will tell you this. carding is never 100% get that right.
so don't tell me they kicked them out during his daughter birthday. that is a big lies. because are single people guys just having fun nothing like birthday. I will ask the host about all this shit.

What are you trying to do now, is find some inconsistency in my words, that will never happen my man. I have no reason to lie or deceive anybody. Even that money is not priority for me, i don what i wanted witch is expose you to forum so nobody else will get same. You will get what you deserved for this. End of story wait for MAK

you said even that money is not a priority you, right? your guests used two days out of 3 days and the third day was already half-day when they were kicked out. I was very calm and good with you. what did you say next that I should refund all your money. what did you take me for? kokoforsure, refund him money for first CANCELLED booking too. Don't provide booking service if you can't make it without chargebacks.
