@mak. there is no chargebacks. the guests actually used the 2 days out of 3 days and host was paid by airbnb. ask him if the host ask his guests to pay? like the second apartment host did.

look at the proof here.
A request by host asking for money after the guests checkout they actually damage and stole many things in the apartment.
if the host were actually not paid. why is he asked for money for damages?

@Mak you are welcome. I will give you access to airbnb account I used to book the apartment to see card was not chargeback and airbnb paid the host.
I know what I'm saying because I have been booking airbnb for years.

Were the guests kicked out of apartment? Yes. Were there problems with the booking? Yes. Did i paid you for both bookings? Yes. I do not see anything to add or to take away

Explain to public what was the reason guest were kicked out. It's on the screenshots i posted if anyone wants to see it.

you guests were not supposed to party in the house and also caused a lot of damage and stole things in the house.
answer the question truthfully.
were your guests asked to pay for the 2 days used before they were kicked out?

Reason for them being kicked out is problems with airbnb account and that is clearly seen in our chat history. Guests for this apartment were not asked to pay, but i paid you for service witch my guests did not received. Simple as that. I allready told you that it was his daughters birthday so do not pretend you don't know that. Anyways i am not going to comment no more let's wait for the decision as you starting to take more of my time and i would rather forget about you.

oh yeah. you are claiming you paid the service I didn't deny. you never get my point here. I will not refund for the 2 days that your guests used at the apartment.
