Tried to contact support on jabber: no reply. Cant even open a ticket on the site; I tried several browsers. I bought pcs and every time I try to get to my new order, it opens up a old order and not my new one. So I'm out of my money and can't even access my pcs smh. Terrible support, now I can't even refund because I can't get to my order to even write the pcs.
