don't twist my words. i said it does not matter if a card is cashed or not. the fact that you can not bypass your merchant antifraud and send a charge to a card does not mean that a card it not working. we can say that a card is not working if there is some declined translation on it (in our case there was no declined transactions)
yes a ripper is right definition for a person who refuse to comply with the terms of the agreement and pay agreed split
you refused to pay and comply with the terms of the agreement so yes blacklist was the last option
