We had a deal for me to supply him personal bank checks for cashout. We agreed on the price of 25$ for each. He wanted personal checks from specific banks that are valid and with certain balances. He offered me a percentage of the cashout funds but I declined. I told him I can only guarantee checks are drawn from valid accounts but cannot vouch for the account balances.
He agreed to pay for my checks only after pulling the SSN and verifying that accounts are valid. At the first instance, he ignored me for days but later came back to ask that we deal. After wasting my time the first day, he promised to buy all the next day in good faith but instead he came up with funny excuses. It's been 3 whole days now since i sent him complete check data for 5 checks. He was supposed to check for valid and send me $$$$. An exercise that shouldn't take more than 2 hours. He has been giving me the run around ever since with all types of excuses. Below is our conversation.

PLEASE NOTE:
* He has enough details to clone checks with the data i gave him already minus signature.
* From experience, I know its 100% possible to clone USA checks and forge any signature for successful cashout so long as other details are accurate.
* Methinks he is just wasting my time as he tries to cash them then he will get back and say none worked after he must have killed the accounts.
* I am dropping screenshots of our communication for better understanding and context.
I know he is Senior member with BRONZE status but his conduct is very undeserving. Let him pay what he owes me right away or give him Ripper status.
