Need Coinbase and Crypto.com account loading 10$k-15$k-20$k

I got coinbase and crypto account. Crypto account I have access to but only issue with my coinbase account is that I forgot the fuckin email and password to it. I keep pressing forgot password but I don't get an email link to reset it. Once I figure it out I'll message u to see if u still working.
