Havent you guys ever heard of eSIM?
Got if you need some I got some 10+ US sims paid in full for 6 months unlimited everything. 12 months if you port another line in which a google voice will work as a valid portable number but just has a different process for activation of a gvoice#.
A google voice number can be ported to a cell service? Are you sure?
