first u never ill have decline under 200$ if dumps are god, if they come from flagged base from bank, some hacked pOS or or any other source...they flag base, and then if you not from region or some other shit then it ill decline on even 5 $.
never me or my friends have in travel any block on OUR LEGIT own cards, why this only on bought cards??/////////
