I need to create link to kill android

i found some interesting recourse in neighbouring forums, there is step by step exmplanation on how to do it but my head cannot go around it as i have next to zero practice on coding etc.

And you think someone is going to do this for you for $40? It’s more than just a link bro. And you need to provide more information about the Android version running on the phone, if it is rooted and you can have physical access to it.

Can you share that step by step explanation? I really doubt that is possible on up to date android.
