Is 4g/LTE enough to not get detected?

Using 4g/lte as the first layer of connection is very wise, but I would add extra layer like VPN, socks depending on what business you are doing. The police can use triangulation to determine roughly location and how accurate that is depends on how many mobile towers/distance from your device to the mobile towers I think. I suggest for example changing not only sim-card for example every 3th month but also the device like Modem too because they have IMEI number so its possible to keep tracking the device even you only change sim.
I personally would do something like 4G Pre-paid on fake info - Buy a reliable VPS server anonymously with BTC/Monero, then connect to server through TOR by using proxifier software. or just VPN. Inside the VPS you can add another layer like Socks.
