Cards in most autoshops or sellers come with zip code. Some of them are valid, some are not.
ZIP code is important only in some countries, e.g. USA, UK, in other countries it is not checked (no AVS).
You cannot tell if ZIP code is valid or not, only you can try and buy info for the cardholder (most services who find SSN+DOB find full address as well).
