This section is STRIPE not bank transfers. Stripe load up what we do is different story we not need add escrow we take from each load up 10% instant and 30% from payout. This mean we firstly load up example 2k eur you pay 200 eur instantly then we load up again. When you get paid from stripe then you pay outstanding 30%
If You talk about bank transfers is a different story. How I say nobody say from where money comes in and many time was auto chargeback that's why we not use any more any escrow for bank transfers I have a lot proofs. I say we can add escrow only on our roles if not be an instant chargeback and we can cashed out then you get money from escrow if we cant cashed out or instant chargeback then you not get money from escrow! What you not understand ! ?
And this treat is just who need load up stripe please don't waste a time with stupid things. If you do work then do not wasting time with stupid thing what you don't know. I work over 8 years in bank system.
