Your looking for someone to give you the BIN, site, and cc numbers in exchange for you providing a phone number and way to pay back the swiper. You realize your part is 100% useless and anyone with the BIN and site can do this on there own with little effort. If I'm correct you should be requesting to buy bins with sites and do this on your own cuz this deal is dogshit.
