If you have a merchant account with 3d secure checkout enabled...i can authorize large purchases and provide that otp. working on % of course. id love to team up with someone who can open merchant accounts and websites with vbv and 3ds enabled so we could knock em dead.

im running usa card against any country merchant account so long as you can accept usa payments. i will pass true one time passcodes to the mobile and/or email. im not bypassing anything. ill be providing them the proper and real sms code.

i need people who own their own websites and merchant accounts i cant card for a %. 3ds is perfect. it MUST have 3ds enabled. high amounts 5-15k in 1 transaction
