Payment declined after bypassing otpcode

Does anyone know why my payments being declined all the time? Im bypassing otp with otpbot. Billing address is alright, Balance 19k and transaction declined at 2300? How tf is this even possible can someone please explain it to me and give me some answers? same shit goes for linking card do gpay/apay it links but when trying to pay its declined.
At this point Im actually confused wtf is going

let me tell you even you do otp payment they will still not work because bank hold those transaction and which you need to call and unhold by bank by giving them security answers if you need more help to understand it you can contact me
