I would highly discourage you from doing that. Before you waste youre money and get a dead base from a shit vendor, get dumps in singles and test vendors, first of all find a good vendor that has good info with maybe a refund policy of an hour and then get different bins one by one so if the dumps are dead youre not stuck with a lot of them and being able to check them in time before refund time runs out. Once you settle on a vendor you trust with ur dumps and you figured out a few good bins to work with then upload like a grand so you get like 10% extra on the upload and start working ur bins....
I actually do that now I'll take a lost but I can't take big losses like that we all had times where we had dead dumps so possibly being stuck with a bunch of dead dumps is something I always thought about so I always brought a little at a time to test them out and whatever work I buy a bulk of
