Enrolls - Flights and Hotels

Hello,
So i have been carding for a while been decently successful too, but i am looking to understand how to use my rolls for flights and hotels since most get cancelled cause of CB without using rolls... but how can i use my rolls for booking from HK to AU basically all rolls are from USA - PNC bank but i dont understand how i can use them to book flights not local USA ones, international travel which will not cancel flights.
