This usually happens when card is issued to some rich family and everybody in the family uses the card for purchases. I mean in a situation where a card has about 5 authorized users and it's a wealthy family.
They don't easily find out cos you'll be part of the family too spending from family cc. Nobody gives a fuck what the other person purchased. That's the most logical occurrence
