some amazon.com vendors only require [cc# + exp date + cvv] and the rest of the billing/shipping can be the local drop point where you go to pick up mail or an amazon locker. This has worked for me when purchasing the Nintendo Switch Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu edition. Sadly this method requires that you don't exceed $500 and that all the money is available on the card at the time of purchase. Also, be sure to have it mailed under an alias - never use your real name unless you're prepared to play stupid in court.
