Less risky way to cash out

Hello everyone,
I'm new to carding world and I'd like to understand which are the most common/successful strategies to cash out.
Let's suppose I buy full dumps coming from my same country, with CVV.
If I have the name of the cardholder, is it better to cashout online? There are services useful for buying crypto for example that don't require user verification and that would allow me to use a random card to buy crypto?
Instead, if I don't have the cardholder name, the only solution is to use plastic and cashout at ATMs?
