Beware of every one trying to offer you EVM Software. Even Chipso.
That site the seems to be the "official Chipso" seller isnt.
You can know if they are lying by asking them if they software can encode for all banks. If they say yes, then it is a lie.
The best of encoders out there can do max 3 big banks, the better used ones can encode most credit unions since the encryption is similar.
Licenses are usually ranged from $5k up depending. So be careful out there.
