PayPal guest checkout without account : Payment always DECLINED !! NEED METHOD

Hi,
I used the PayPal checkout as a guest without creating an account and pays with a credit card, but i always got the error message sayin :
"Payment declined, change the credit card"
My card has enought balance to pass the payment and is not dead, i have a clean IP but i can't fucking pass the payment.
I pass payments like 1/10 and don't understand why.
I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN TELL ME HOW TO CORRECT THAT, I'M WILLING TO PAY IF NECESSARY.
NO RIPPER I NEED A RESPONSE!!

bro, see the card no join to other paypal acount? not all bins fun for paypal and you need to use it non vbv bins or no msc ok maybe that is the problem i can give you more detail pv me
