Do Cloned dump CC work in Asia(Pakistan)? (as most are from USA)

Do the cloned CC's work in countries where the card originally is not from ie im in Pakistan and cloned card might be american, so should i invest in a msr605x as it costs a lot of money here

The clone card business is dead man, you can only work online.

Can I use a USA card in Pakistan with a proxy for the card owners location or will it always decline? as the card payment gateway is Pakistani.
