Can someone tell me how escrow works?

So I posted some ads of me selling some stuff in the unverified advertisement section.
I obviously accept escrow , but the point is that I don't know how it works here.
I read that the buyer needs to ask Mak to load his account with money , but I don't get what happens after the deal finishes and the funds are supposed to be released to me.
How am I supposed to get them out of my account in BTC (if possible)?

you add funds to account via mak or carosoul. then you go to escrow section (its written in russian) and start new thread

So basically, once I get the funds released to me as a vendor, am I supposed to contact one of the exchange guys to exchange MUSD with bitcoins , right?

Yes you contact one of the exchangers to change youre MUSD into any other crypto currency
