Many years ago, I was a customer of this store, and the card activation rate was very low. The policies were very unfriendly to customers. On the one hand, the exchange rate for recharging Bitcoin and the market price difference were outrageous, and on the other hand, the refund policy. This store is not the best choice. Although you have been operating for many years and have not gained a good reputation, you should consider it is your fault, not the customer's fault.
