It was more than 1 day after i toped up my balance. But i do not have from you any extra bonuses. Ticket are in Ignore. Why do you write this promotion if it doesn't work?

Hi, tickets are not ignored. We work 24/7 to reply tickets and due to heavy inflow of tickets we try to reply everyone within 24 hours.
Promotion is true, and will be added soon. Due to some error in code, bonus failed to add for some users. Team is reviewing all transactions and adding soon.
You can also open a ticket and we will add bonus and compensate for the delay in allotting bonus!
